What's up guys? I travel a lot for work and have trained at different gyms while traveling. Any tips on how to have a good time when training at a new gym while traveling?

What's preventing you from having a good time currently?

Hey Robert
Right to the point huh? It’s fun but there is a certain amount of social anxiety that comes along with walking into new gyms. Are there any affiliations that are more inviting to outsiders in your experience? 10th Planet usually is open to traveling BJJ guys in my experience.
Thx!

No. Most likely the vibe of the gym will be set by the people running it, and less so by the affiliation.

You can usually get a fairly good feeling for the vibe of a gym by their online presence, so it's probably worth it to check out their website and social media.
