My student did all the necessary steps, and even verified name via the $5 credit card method, but it still has him as pending. How do I verify him from my end. Already accepted his coach request

He did not correctly follow the instructions to verify his profile picture so it was rejected by moderators.

He uploaded a photo of his ID, so what is the issue in confirming his identity? Pens and blank paper grow less and less common these days. Can you please fix it?

The issue is that he did not follow the instructions to verify his profile, so he needs to go and do that. I can't do it for him 🤷♂️
