Absolutely horrible and disgusting. I feel like women should have a woman Professor and women’s classes. I know some academies are like that but probably not feasible for all. Either way, I’ve seen too many of these types of crimes being brought to light lately and it’s just downright pitiful. Can’t trust anyone anymore it seems.

Perhaps it could have avoided this specific situation but what if the instructer was into men, or young boys. The issue here is not that she trained with a man the issue here is she trained with a person who has a rapist mentality. Perhaps he thought he could get away with it, or perhaps he didnt care. As with all positions of power it attracts this type of person, but we must speak out agaisnt it and make it clear we do not think like them.

When I say rapist mentality I refer to:
Core Characteristics

• Lack of empathy: An inability or refusal to recognize, understand, or care about the emotional and physical pain of another person.
• Hostility and entitlement: Deep-seated anger, misogyny, or a sense of superiority and entitlement regarding women.
• Cognitive distortions (Rape myths): Misguided beliefs that rationalize the assault, such as assuming a victim's refusal means consent or that the victim is playing hard to get.
• Narcissism: An inflated sense of self-importance combined with a disregard for boundaries.

Primary Motives

• Power and control: Using sexual violence to establish dominance rather than seeking physical intimacy.
• Anger and degradation: Using assault as an expression of hostility to humiliate, punish, or debase the victim.
• Opportunism: Exploiting a vulnerable situation—such as an incapacitated or intoxicated person—when a chance arises.

Types of Offenders

• Power-oriented rapists: Offenders who commit assaults to experience a sense of power and mastery, often repeating the behavior compulsively.
• Anger-oriented rapists: Offenders who use excessive physical force, violence, and verbal abuse to express contempt and inflict harm.
• Vindictive rapists: Offenders driven by general rage or perceived grievances against women, translating personal hostility into targeted aggression
