I've always been a bit suspicious of supplements, but a few years ago I was talked into trying Collagen Hydrolysate as a possible way to ease my chronically achy joints. Especially my fingers. A remarkable coincidence maybe, but I haven't suffered from joint pain since. (Apart from a day or two of discomfort if my grips have been unceremoniously ripped off my opponent's gi during a training session.) Placebo effect? Unlikely after such a long period (2+ years). Maybe Mr Tade has some thoughts on this.
Collagen can help for joints for sure. It nourishes connective tissue (like cartilage) and skin elasticity.

I take a lot, cause it's basically in my job description.

- Collagen, Fish Oil, Probiotics, a Multi vitamin, B12, D3, Calcium, K2, Biotin, Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM. Sometimes Turmeric, sometimes Saw Palmetto.

My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and she takes alot of turmeric and fish oil to help.

I take some of both, but should probably take more.

I’m 52 and eat vitamins & supplements like Tic Tacs! Currently take Glucosamine with Condroitin, Super Cissus, Fish Oil, and Turmeric. Do they work? I think so. If not, then Placebo is a hell of a drug!

I've tried all of them and unfortunately none of them worked for me.

What works for me is stretching and recently I bought a massage gun and that really help with my recovery (I'm 40 years old)

I've used curcumin in the past. I can't say it absolutely worked for me since I (fortunately) don't have any chronic pains. However, there are studies that suggest it can reduce inflammation and help with symptoms of osteoarthritis. Maybe something to look into if you haven't tried it. Just note that in the trials, higher doses are used. I've read anywhere between 1500mg-5000mg.

Although not a supplement, lately I've been using CBD/THC cream which seems to provide temporary relief.

Eating wild pink salmon even from a can is the only thing that helps my shoulders within about 30 minutes after eating it after training.
