Friend isn't receiving password recovery/reset email.

Hello,

A friend of mine by the name of Kelly Gleason has made several attempts to retrieve his password, but he claims that he is not receiving any emails from Belt Checker (he has already checked his spam folder). He registered under the email address [email protected].

Looks like our email is somehow blocked by his spam filter. He should either whitelist beltchecker.com or let me know an alternative email address I can change his profile to use :)

Can I hijack this thread rather than creating a new one with similar registration issues?
Marvin Baci has confirmed his identity with credit card but he's still listed as "Identity not confirmed".
My other friends Mario Puccioni [email protected] and Anna-Isabella Hübsch [email protected] did not receive a confirmation email (no it's not in the spam folder).

Can I hijack this thread rather than creating a new one with similar registration issues? Marvin Baci has confirmed his identity with credit card but he's still listed as 'Identity not confirmed'. My other friends Mario Puccioni [email protected] and Anna-Isabella Hübsch [email protected] did not receive a confirmation email (no it's not in the spam folder). :)

ID confirmation requires both name and picture verification. He didn't confirm his profile picture, only his name (by cc). When he logs in, there's a box at the top of the page explaining exactly what he needs to do, with links etc. He never uploaded anything for profile picture verification.

Ok I checked with him his account. Everything is approved, picture with beltchecker ID and also confirmation via credit card. Yet still identity not confirmed, I must admit I'm baffled myself.
