Thanks, there was a small bug which caused the ID check on your profile to be skipped. I have fixed it :)

Long story short, there was a temporary error in the email module that caused the code to stop a few times on the page where moderators verify identity pictures. So even though we approved yours, the actual updating of the status of the profile never happened because the email bug stopped everything before that. I've added a second manual check to all profiles now, so everything should be back in order :)

I have the same issue here for very long time now, tried to changing pictures thought maybe the admins didn't like my mugshot :) uploaded my driving licence etc...

Go to >'edit my profile' on the left hand side you will see a list of actions that need to be carried out in order to verify your profile are any of these still outstanding?

You never uploaded the selfie with the note to verify your profile picture. Instead, you uploaded a picture of your drivers license there. Check the rejection notification or the box at the top of your front page, it explains this and also has a link to where you need to fix it, with instructions.
