To keep important discussions and disputes more visible why not display points as GREEN-RED=POINTS?
That inspires profile-checkers to scroll down and see what the ruckus is about?
As has been discussed before - compared to confirmation-votes, disputation votes are few and far between and therefore should be more highlighted.

Is it possible to export cards for individual members or team members or is it only by country?

Use the Search feature to find the individual/team/country/etc. you would like to export cards for.

You can export any list of results you want from the search page. So answer is yes; just search on individual name, affiliation, academy or whatever :)
