Hello,, how long does it take to get verified usually?? I was just recently promoted to black belt on Aug 13th and was instructed to get registered with you guys...

Things like having a detailed profile including promotion pics of current and previous belts and active in the forums will shorten the time to get verified. At a minimum, I'd recommend introducing yourself in the "INTRODUCE YOURSELF - PART 3" thread.
