Donatello rocks a purple eye mask, and everyone knows he's the best TMNT.
Pffft... Donatello is a geeky wimp!

Not even at 50 points.
Imagine my paltry 5 points. Still better then a white belt's 0 points I suppose ;)

Purple is for sure the most fabulous belt, I kinda miss it. But then black goes with everything, plus it has that snazzy dash of red. ;)
Black does go with everything, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss the glamorous days of purple

I am glad I read this post. I didn't realize it was a thing to continue voting for someone once they reached their points to be verified. It makes sense now with someone with a lot more votes than the minimum to be verified. I must admit, it took the voting for verification a minute to resonate with me. I understand the concept but in my circle there are only a few that have actually been verified so far that truly know me. I appreciate the votes from everyone who did not personally know me but took my pictures, history, and certifications at face value. Its awesome that someone took the time to verify my belt rank from my instructor. For the most part on the local scene you know who is who (good and bad), maybe not their complete history unless you came up with them. Once this grows a lot bigger, and it will, it will trickle down that when someone joins there will be plenty of verified users to vote for them that personally know them.
