There was a similar one on the Fightworks Podcast I really liked. I can't remember who said it and I'm probably paraphrasing, but it's from the old Black Belt Corner that Caleb did. It was a feature at the end, where he would ask a black belt what advice they had for people training who also hoped to become black belts.

The black belt in question paused, then said "Don't die. They'll have to give it to you eventually." :P
