The police have sternly warned their employees to not try cbd or marijuana products of any kind. Which is a shame because now I really want to try this! :-D Someday...
You'd be surprised how many police do the same. Luckily it is legal here.

I would not be surprised! :-D
It's legal in Illinois but federally illegal so its legal status is kind of weird. For now state employees have been told to stay away from it (and police especially).
But the day I quit the state is the day I try it!

Yeah, I'm hoping they legalise it in the UK at some point soon. Now would seem a great time to do it, the UK could certainly do with the tax revenues. But we'll see: the Tories tend to be anti-drugs, but they are very very pro making money, so that's the tack I'd imagine they take if they ever did move into the legalisation camp.
Personally a few weeks of experimenting at uni was enough pot etc for me, in whatever form/concentration. Though I did give CBD drops a try for a few months last year, as lots of people have told me it helped with their sleep (and as I've mentioned lots to anybody who follows me on social media, my sleep is terrible and has been for years). I wasn't impressed by the results, but I know it works well for some people (and as pain medication I can see the use of other CBD type stuff).

Mostly sour dough pizza as of late... I try to avoid wheat, but somehow the sour dough stuff doesn't cause any stomach issues wheat normally does. It's not bad or anything, but I'd rather not eat too much.
If I had endless supply of fresh fish and game, that's what I'd eat. Chicken mostly, some red meat too, but trying to keep my diet as clean as possible. I refuse to eat anything that tastes like cardboard, so vegetarian/vegan menus aren't for me. I'm willing to try most dishes, but so far haven't liked 95% of them.
Never liked sodas, coffee or alcohol, so a healthy lifestyle has been easy. :D

Oh yeah, I forgot about coffee: I don't drink that either, I also don't drink alcohol or soft drinks/soda etc.
In terms of food, my diet is lots of unhealthy rubbish. But in terms of liquid intake, I'm doing much better. I only drink water, or at most one smoothie a day (as those still have loads of sugar due to the fruit, but worth it because it's the only way I can get veg into my body without being repulsed by the awful taste of veg ;) ).

Since I did my undergrad at Brigham Young University (where coffee is banned), I never got into the habit of drinking it. Didn't have my first alcoholic beverage until my late 20s and have never been drunk.
I probably average 2-4 alcoholic drinks a month, tops.

Wow, they ban coffee? I knew mormons were strict, but I didn't realise they hate coffee. Too stimulating, or something like that? ;)

Makes me wonder how much they secretly knock back in private. Reminds me of a joke I once heard (paraphrasing here) - never invite just one Mormon to your party; he'll drink all your beer. You've gotta invite at least two so they keep tabs on each other.

Any particular reason, or just "burgers are delicious" (which is a perfectly legit reason :P )

It's complicated. Basically their scriptures ban "hot drinks" which they over time interpreted to mean coffee and tea. All students (even the non-Mormon ones like me) had to agree not to drink it if we wanted to attend there.
Given the ban on discussing religion, I don't want to get too specific, but that's basically it.

Working from home took a toll on me. With the easy access to food and soda I found myself weighing more than I ever have to the point I needed to buy new clothes because I couldn’t fit anything I owned. I needed a drastic change, so I went from heavy carb eating to OMAD/under 15g carb diet.
PS I’ve found burgers to be a lot less enjoyable without the bun.

At BYU the rules definitely get broken on the down-low, especially by the athletes (who are predominantly non-Mormon). As long as you don't call attention to yourself, or get on the radar of someone who's uptight enough to report you, you'll probably get away with it.
I was told that in the apartments where an unwed gal was sexually active, she would put beads on her bedroom doorknob to signal to her roommates that the room was "occupied."
I had a really annoying roommate so I tried putting beads on my door, hoping she would leave me alone. I guess she didn't know about the bead rule because she still came in. :-D :-D :-D

Myriad humans, myriad diets, myriad tastes, myriad forms of digestion & health issues. What do (or don't) you eat? I was strict vegetarian straight edge for many years. All through teenage to late twenties. Mostly out of ethical concerns, and an infatuation with certain subsets of the hardcore punk scene... Then, life happened, and I fell off the horse. Now it's basically omnivore. But I'm a fanatic & skilled home cook and make most of what I eat myself from scratch. Bit of meat, bit of fish, boatload of veggies. Lots of fermented & organic foods. Complex carbs (sourdough bread, brown rice, sweet potato). Diary mostly through cheese and yoghurt. Eggs are lovely. Minimal sugar & sweetness. But copious amounts of tea, coffee, wine, beer, spirits... Everything in moderation, even moderation itself. How about you? Ps. I have absolutely no interest in making this a vegan vs meat flame war, so keep that in mind.
I stick to a caveman diet, it simple, try to stay away from refined foods

I pretty much eat whatever writhing moderation. I try not to overdo it with excessive carbs which is hard because my wife loves to make Italian food. When I need to get to a specific weight I usually cut carbs a month or so out. The keto thing works well for me.
