I am trying to say that Poison is not a metal band. Man, last time I talked about this on the interwebs Rikki called me out and made me feel bad. I have since asked him to come do a seminar at my gym anytime he wants as my peace offering. Still waiting to see if he is up for it.

I had no idea that he did Jiu Jitsu until I saw him on here. I actually thought it was a fake profile until I looked him up. Ended up watching some of his vlogs and he seemed like a normal guy which is cool because Bret comes across as a normal dude too.
