I've always made it a point to shower immediately after class when I get home. I also, make it a point for myself and my students that we spray ourselves down with a post training spray. Soap wise, I use a tea tree based body wash. My favorite brand is Dr Bronner. Tea tree oil is one of the main active ingredients in most, if not all anti fungal soaps. Here's the link to the soap... https://shop.drbronner.co[...]iquid-soap

In the UK I think it's a mixed experience. I've had gyms with reasonable showers and locker rooms. But also ones with female changing and no or limited showers. But we also tend to have shorter commute times etc.

Currently I'm lucky as I only live five min from my gym so although there is one I tend to just dash home (but I always strip off my sweaty spats / rashie so their not next to the skip). When travelling I keep body wipes in my kit bag as a just in case.

Oh I didn't mention..

Hibiclens.

Everyone should have Hibiclens. Anything unusual looking gets Hibiclensed immediately and often.
