I really like the Sisu. Thin, moldable, and easy to talk with. For me it’s mostly to prevent my crooked teeth from grinding on each other and hurting my gums.

The best mouthguard i ever had is the OPRO POWERFIT. Supercool to adapt to your teeth, it comes with a cage-thing around it, so the biting pressure doesn´t just apply to the bottom area of the mouthguard, it also wraps it nicely around the front of your teeth. For me it´s very easy to talk/drink with it and i have to really force it to fall out. Took a hard blow from a foot (closeguard pendulum sweep) with it, lip was widely busted open but no damage on the teeth. 10/10 can recommend.
