Not all the freebies include the main principles they've been over in class. They are just freebies with some excellent stuff.

It's like watching the 10th planet warmups. Some think it's just a super complicated drill, but really there is always at least one principle being utilized in the drill, sometimes more. When I first started my 10p journey, I wasn't really sold on the warm ups. But as I progressed with them it started to make sense.
