Yup, the webinar. Which was surprisingly good actually IMO.

But yes... the phone which was doing the broadcasting just randomly fell off the stand in midway of the stream.

I agree... it was pretty good. I am comparing it to the last one I took. Leaps and bounds better and run more professionally despite a couple of hiccups.

Got my certificate but still waiting on them to send me an email to update my degrees.
They still have me one degree behind which drives me nuts (I have a bit of OCD) but in the end it does not matter as they are not the end all be all. (as I sit in a corner rocking)

How can you do that at all? When I registered a month ago, they semmed to be quite adamant that "Well, to our knowledge, the date of registering is the date you got your BB so..."

I registered as a black belt in 2009 but lapsed my dues a few times in between years. They only acknowledge years paid.
If you lapse one year it sets you back on their time standard which is F'ing bs.
The clock only restarts when you pay again. If you miss again time stops until you renew.
