Ryan hall Keenan cornelius Lachlan giles No order and every instructional.
Out of this list and given how GOOD are Keenan's free videos in YouTube, I was rather disappointed in his Lapel Encoclypedia (which I bought with my actual money).
(Lachlan and Ryan are yet do do anything that I didn't appreciate)

Before YouTube, Flo Grappling Channel, Instagrams that shows all the modern techniques in details… Saulo Ribeiro produced a set o 6 Instructional DVD that helped a lot people were starting in Jiu Jitsu, specially white belts to survive in the mat including me in that time. It was a different time and the goal was always submit your opponents in the most effective and savage way instead focus in transitions and scoring points.
Things changed, Jiu Jitsu is more fluid, more rules, and faster, but I keep this DVD’s in a special place in my shelf to remember that time.

I have both his series on dvd, also proudly displayed on my shelf. They were by far the best back in the day.

Saulo, Maia and Marcelo were the best...
But there were also SBGi instructionals which were fantastic because they were the only ones I saw which also taught how to train not just what to train. (techniques).
And then came Ryan Hall.
