I cannot save my new belt promotion

Two months ago, I was promoted to Brown Belt. I try to record my belt promotion by filling all the available spaces and uploading two new pics and select "Save" and nothing happens. After selecting [OK] on the emerging warning I get a blank screen, and the belt promotion is not recorded.

Try without adding the images, might be some corrupt image files

I did that eventually and it worked.
And I added the images afterwards.
Thank you a lot!

this happened to me, and wiped out the promotion, tried on four different devices as site kept hanging, and it wiped out my blackbelt promotion which was nearly verified so I've got to try to get it reverified

I had the same problem. Did it without the pictures and it worked. Thanks for the info!

Same issue. You guys better fix this if you want to make this website popular. There are just too many obstacles when trying and creating the profile. I was ready to give up and I've seen here many legit people who I also know in person who did at the stage of filling in their promotion history or confirming their identity.

It should work if you do it without the pictures

It worked for me in the end. I did the same as the person commenting above. Saved the promotion and uploaded the photos afterwards. That's not the point though. This website has the potential to do some serious service to the jiu jitsu community. For this to work it needs to build the trust of its members though and get the majority of them involved. Little technicalities like this do not help to build that trust. I understand that as a free product it won't be perfect but it's frustrating.
