Why does it say Pending under my name?

I have completed everything and I have plenty of votes. It did not say pending before and I was notified once my 3rd degree was verified by votes. I also noticed that this is the same for many of my students and the head of my affiliation. They all appear to have plenty of votes and all is filled out correctly and verified.

So, it must be a bug with the site. When I search myself by name, it comes up with a little green box “V” by my name but when my name is listed under one of my students it says Pending. Same for my students and head of my affiliation. It also lists my profile as verified and 100% complete.

Also, the head of our affiliation, whom I’m sure is verified. Bradley Souders
This is because he has not approved yet that he promoted you. He needs to log in and do that.

Also, all of these students of mine, who all have completed enough to be verified.
This means they are pending your approval of them being your students. Scroll to the right (/turn your phone sideways or use a browser on a desktop computer)
