Hi everyone!

I just received my blue belt after about 2 years; I train under Michael Sheehan at Toronto Jiujitsu Club in Toronto, Canada. Along the way I've met some incredible and interesting people, fought at some competitions (medaled at some) and just enjoyed experiencing something new with fresh beginner eyes.

I'm looking forward to further developing my game in my blue belt years and ticking off more competitions. My bottom game right now is deep half or x-guard to a sweep. My top game is generally pressure passing with over under or a knee cut. Preferred submissions are Kimura/Americana/Armbar from side control or mount.

I recently discovered beltchecker and it seems like a great idea. It is useful for me as sort of a journal or record of my progress in jiujitsu and I am excited to join this community!
