I have completed GST 1 and 2 and found the classes mostly enjoyable and beneficial. There's always preferences and differing opinions but they have some good quality stuff that will undoubtedly improve upon an officer's survivability. Though sometimes I think they go a little bit off the rails on what can be expected from most officers - technique wise. Hope you enjoyed the class, man! Stay safe!
