Well, I didn't do a good job setting up my profile. So, here is the whole story.

I began training in 2003 at Gracie Barra Temecula under Ricardo Guimareas. In 2008 as a Brown Belt I partnered with Ricardo to open up Gracie Barra Hemet which around 2011 became Gracie Humaita Hemet due to Ricardo having a falling out with the Gracie Barra team. In 2010 I received my Black Belt under Ricardo and continued to run Gracie Humaita Hemet as the head Professor at until 2015 when Ricardo and I had a falling out and the school was sold.

From 2003 to 2013 I competed regularly at many different competitions, most notably winning silver at 2013 Pan Ams which was the last time I competed. Focusing on running the academy until 2015 when Ricardo and I had a falling out and the school was sold to new owners and still is operated today as Gracie Humaita Hemet. Due to back injuries and focusing on my career I did not train regularly from 2015 to until 2022 when Roger Carpenter, one of my students opened up Fight Sports Hemet. Since then I have been consistent and helping Roger when I can.

Other students of mine that went on to get their Black Belts include, Oscar Gomez, Vue Yang, Anthony Vallenzula, and Issac Morales who owns and operates Gracie Humaita Beaumont. Any and all votes are greatly appreciated. Thank you
