At a glance it looks like your issues are your profile picture, and your promotion history.

Your profile picture needs to be a clear picture of your face for it to be verified.

Your promotion history needs completion of each belt white to black, with dates and applicable evidence backing the promotion.

I can provide screenshots showing how to edit each of these if you need that?

Instead of disputing the members profile why not try helping him out.

A dispute is often a much, MUCH more efficient way of getting people to fix their profile than to write them a private message. Others might choose to reach out to people and offer an hour's Facetime session to walk them through how to do it. Each to their own 🙂
