I would have a little bit of skepticism about Andrew Huberman, I'd actually argue he is very much bro science. In a different sense to Joe Rogan, but he's definitely the go to for a lot of 'bros' who try to be scientific. He has some useful stuff to say, but he is also often misrepresenting the science he is citing. My general rule of thumb regarding these things - ask yourself what his expertise is in, and listen to him in that regard only. Andrew Huberman is a Neuroscientist, so I would put some weight behind his thoughts on neuroscience. His views on exercise and nutrition, however, I would be a bit more careful before assuming what he's saying is correct. For nutrition for example, someone like Dr Layne Norton is definitely a better option to listen to.
I agree with this. I enjoy Huberman when it's just him and he's discussing issues within his purview, or when he has a guest that specializes in another topic (like when he discusses fitness but with Andrew Galpin for example.) That's the case with anyone though, unless it's Jocko talking about general life and applying leadership principles to it.

History of Rome & Revolutions by Mike Duncan. Other than that, I listen to a lot of audio books as opposed to podcasts - generally I find most podcasts to be kinda meandering and listless, like they have 3 hours to fill with an 1 of content. But I have a lot of history books on Audible that I like to listen to while I play computer games :)

I love a bit of meandering and listless! :D

But yeah, I listen to a lot of them while playing Tacticus and Galaxy of Heroes. They're good for politics and news in general, as a podcast can adapt to events in a way audiobooks by nature never can.

Though I do like audiobooks too (especially the lack of adverts and no need for an internet connection), it's been a while since I listened to one instead of a podcast). ;)
