What's missing for me is a BB promotion verifiable in time of Richeli Benicio July 18 2007 or earlier, in order to be able to verify Mario. Or something showing he got his BB stripes from Oswaldo Alves according to that timeline (IBJJF only shows current degree, without any date).

The official website of their team Forca Uniao which was last updated in 2016 mentions Richelli Benicio as 3rd degree black belt so in 2013 (year of Mario's promotion) he should already be a 2nd degree black belt.

Not archived in Waybackmachine, so can just as well be the first version of the page that is from 2016, with date kept even after other edits. Also, not a third party source.
Osvaldo Alves is registered with CBJJF in 2013 but not Richelle. https://web.archive.org/w[...]tleta.html
However, per non-gringo-rules, he apparently gets to register with CBJJF directly as 1:st degree BB in late 2014 without going through three years registered as a 0:th degree BB.
https://web.archive.org/w[...]ack-belts/
https://web.archive.org/w[...]ack-belts/
Third degree between 11 july and 23 aug 2016, jumping directly from 1:st degree, so once again apparently non-gringo-rules.
By the looks of it, Osvaldo Alves has had the liberty of registering students with IBJJF at any degree at any time, regardless of official IBJJF rules.
On https://www.bjjheroes.com[...]ts-and-bio, it says "He is also renowned for having given 2 black belts to 2 purple belts, promoting them without making them go through the brown belt stage". Although that was all the way back in 1999, it is not impossible that he did similar things later too, if allowed by IBJJF.
Conclusion is I would really like to see some third party evidence which can be placed accurately in time, in order to verify Mario as a BB on a date earlier than oct 24 2020 (first proven BB date + 6 years).
Thus, I can as of now verify Loreto's brown belt from Richelle in 2016 (although I wouldn't verify Richelle's full promotion history) but would not verify Engelbert's or Hattori's brown belts from Mario dated before 2020.
Hopefully, things can be cleared directly with Richelle, if he has good extra evidence to provide which explains IBJJF:s records. Wouldn't be the first time IBJJF messes things up.
Edit: Alves says he co-founded CBJJF with Carlos Gracie Jr, so far from improbable that he got some extra fringes there (https://www.global-traini[...]/alves.htm)

I understand your point, so I will talk to Mestre Richelli so that he can provide me with the requested evidence, thank you very much, Professor Oss.

On Mario's diploma from 2001, it says Richelle was already then a 3:rd degree BB registered under CBJJF/IBJJF, which he wasn't according to their registers until mid 2016 (when he jumped directly to 3:rd from 1:st).
So I would really like to hear a reasonable explanation for all the different promotion timelines floating around. Some or all of Richelle's and Mario's diplomas must be inaccurate.

Has Richelli ever been a IBJJF/CBJJ 0:th, 2:nd or 4:th degree black belt? Jumped directly to 1:st, then to 3:rd in IBJJF:s and CBJJ:s online black belt databases and still says 3:rd degree in both, not 5:th.
Even counting from 31:st of july 2006, IBJJF/CBJJ own rules of promotion says he could be up to promotion to 5:th no earlier than july 31:st 2025.
Each new diploma raises more new questions than are being answered, I'm afraid.
