I am 60 and am still active in the sport. I also was a professional Kickboxer and MMA fighter and have a high mileage body.
At this stage for me it has become about listening to my body, working around injuries and most important staying away from my ego and focusing on the long term goal of staying on the mat till I die. My battle isn't in class, rolling or even competition it is with father time.
