Out of curiosity, what's the difference between a 'gay grappling website' and a non gay grappling website?

Quite a lot actually. Not all the folks on a gay grappling website are actually into grappling as a sport or martial art, and MatBattle.com had quite a bit of erotic fantasy fiction. Other nominally "gay" wrestling sites can blur the line and you can actually find good grappling partners, but there's always a much bigger "pro wrestling" and "wrestle for top" element on the gay sites.

At first is was Amsterdam. Because I was the guy from Amsterdam, and the Americans I trained with couldn't be bothered to remember my name.
Then it was Purosuco, which means pure juice in Portugese. It was supposed to be a compliment, because it means that you're 100% real juice, not the dilluted stuff from the store, but sounds more like I suck really bad at jiu-jitsu (they're not wrong).
Now my instructor just screams my full name in a thick Carioca accent when I walk in the door: Danieeeeeeel Beeeeehhhhtchiiiinaaaaa!!!
