Hey everyone just asking if I can get some votes. I added two stripes to my brown belt and didn’t know it would make you go through the verification again. Any help would be grateful TIA

It's not because you added stripes, it's because you changed the date of your brown belt promotion. If you wanna put dates for the stripes, there's a different section for that. Right now your profile is showing the incorrect date for brown belt.
