First off big thanks for creating the site and dedicating your blood sweat and tears to it.
I am quite new here but have been doing my best to verify new members and promotions. I have done my best to read the FAQ’s and news items about the sites changes.
1. Stripes.
When I am looking at the profile say a 1 stripe blue, I see the blue belt promo so I know they are at least a new blue but I often do see an image with the stripe in it. No all gyms bother with stripes, each set of stripes adds 4x extra verifications per belt, this is a lot of admin work. Would it be an idea for them to be auto accepted unless disputed especially at the lower belt levels?
2. Verified coach promotions.
If your coach is on the site and is already verified can the site accept their word when a student has been promoted with the option to dispute? If the coach’s profile is brought into dispute, then all promotions they verified are also disputed. This would increase efficacy while making fake schools on the site very risky.
3. Profiles we have already cast a vote on need to have a different icon making it easier to see at a glance that we dont need to view them, unless they have been updated.

1. Stripes shouldn't trigger reverification. That feature was added quite recently.
2. There are some very legit coaches on Beltchecker who has promoted BB:s of their own less than two years after receiving their own BB, in some cases only months after. Which will not be recognized universally as a legit BB promotion of the student. Besides, it's not very difficult at all to get a quick verification if you have a verified coach already and that coach has confirmed your promotion, if everything else is in order with the promotion.

I would very much like to see icons (in forums and lists (e.g. needing votes) but not least when their name appear as the promoting instructor of someone else) next to names if I've up or downvoted them. Would still be motivated to check BB profiles, as my verification can be of a two week old BB but still wouldn't verify someone just promoted to black by them.
