Hi. Are these legal moves for a white belt
In IBJJF I've never seen rules against them.

I'd be careful and check with teammates when training / drilling these, not everyone's knees / groin are flexible.

I use lockdown and what lockdown gives you (electric chair sweep, crotch ripper, etc) but I ask folks if they have knee issues etc when we are rolling at the school etc.

As long as you're over the age of 12 and you don't reap, yes, totally legal in ibjjf rule set.

While they maybe legal and no rule against them, whitebelts should be concentrating on the basics of jiu-jitsu before more advanced techniques.

Good question, i'm not worry about the banana slip but people can be seriously injured buy an electric chair apply without control... so if it's not against the rules you can use it but be careful for your partner and, as an advise, i suggest you to do like "Vovis" says an try to build solid basics first.

Afaik the banana split is OK but in the rules meeting I recently took (Rigoberto Gonzales and Jason Figliano were there as well) they explained that electric chair can be counted as twisting the knee in lockdown and can end in DQ.

Did I get it wrong?

Interesting. I had always considered the splits submissions to be fairly safe. I usually hit them from "truck", and not from lock down (i.e. with a twister hook). Always feels super safe with no pressure on the knee at all, even if i were a spazz. Safe but embarrassing for my opponent lol.

Imho lockdown should be included in the basics. I teach it as part of the half guard system. It's only dangerous if the defending person doesn't want to allow the sweep or turns into the reap blowing his own knee.

As far as I know it's legal in competition too. The electric chair might not be in IBJJF rules.

In IBJJF :
-groin stretch (banana split) legal for all belt levels;
-using kneebar pressure from lock down legal for brown & black belts only;
-using twisting motion on the knee from lockdown (to sweep/submit) illegal for all belts in the gi but legal for brown/black belts no-gi.

Lol... basically dog fight is illegal then, as should be, let's say, single leg take downs, if twisting the knee is not allowed. They seriously need to think about their rules more.
