I was verified as black belt. But now I’m not verified. Would like to now why did this happen. It’s showing I’m at 60% verification.

You did not have to re-verify but your points dropped under the required 1000, currently standing at 975. Probably someone who has voted for you who needs to be re-verified due to belt promotion. Their vote points for you are deactivated until they're verified again.
