Hello All,
Not sure if I have done something wrong in setting up my profile or if it just takes time.
My coach has verified my blue belt promotion yet it still says unverified. My profile picture is still unverified and current rank (Purple) says "Pending"
https://www.beltchecker.c[...]p?id=46576
Can you please let me know if I need to amend anything or feel free to tell me to wait 😂
Thanks guys and great platform 🙏🏼

Not sure what's up with your ID but I'm thinking you'll be verified pretty quick with Roger in your promotion photo.

Thank you guys,
I will wait and see. Everything seems to be in order on my side (from what I can tell)

From what I can see sir, you verified your name via CC, so "identity still pending" just means that the picture with the beltchecker # hasn't been posted or verified as of yet.
