How can I approve a promotion of a student of mine?

Professor -
if your student lists you as their Coach / promoting instructor then the system will alert you and ask to verify (the bell). If you weren't listed you can simply vote for them and in the description state you were the promoting instructor / are their instructor now etc.
Hope that makes sense...

Thank You!
I got the alert and it says „Graduation open“, but I can’t approve or verify it. So I did, what You are saying: I verified the rank!
