After a week, my profile is still not verified after paying the 5 dollars. Could you please do something about?

Your profile says your Identity hasn't been confirmed. Somethings to speed that along, paying via CC (I think the charge is $2 USD) as well as making sure you have a pic of you with the beltchecker ID - this is the step a lot of folks miss.

That's the issue. I have paid already the 5$! And I have even received the confirmation from beltchecker! I did everything requested, I only want my profile confirmed or at least have my money back.

Hey there! It looks like you verified your name with a payment in the name of "Roberto Roberto" and then after it was verified, you changed it to "Roberto Raso". So after it was changed, the verification of course resets and you have to verify the new one.
Use the document upload to verify your new name that way, it is free and we'll get through them at least once a day 🙂

Hey there! It looks like you verified your name with a payment in the name of 'Roberto Roberto' and then after it was verified, you changed it to 'Roberto Raso'. So after it was changed, the verification of course resets and you have to verify the new one. Use the document upload to verify your new name that way, it is free and we'll get through them at least once a day 🙂

The thing is my name is not Roberto Roberto and even in the card is written Roberto Raso so there was a mistake in the uploading (can send a picture to prove it).
I tried to verify with the documents but they have been rejected 6 times 😅every time I uploaded them they were looking empty (at least according to admin comment).
I just uploaded them one more time, if it doesn't work can I send them via mail?
