I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to complete the payment for my profile verification on your website. Each time I try to proceed, I receive the following error message:
"Invalid URL: Non-ASCII characters in URLs must be percent-encoded in order for the URL to be valid."
I have attempted the payment using two different payment methods, but the issue persists. To rule out any potential regional restrictions, I also tried making the payment using a VPN set to the United States, but I encountered the same issue. As I am located in Spain, I am unsure whether this problem might be related to my geographical location, my payment method, or a technical issue on the website.

I think it's because of the "í" character in your name. A new version of Beltchecker will be released soon that fixes this but meanwhile you can just use the document upload for name verification instead, it's free and quick 🙂

Hi Christian,
Thank you for your response and for pointing out the issue. It took me a bit of troubleshooting to figure out what was causing the problem, but your explanation made everything much clearer. I’ve now completed the verification using the document upload method, and everything is sorted.
I really appreciate your help and quick assistance. Looking forward to using Beltchecker!
Best regards,
Natanael
