Someone else reported this same error but I can't seem to replicate it. Can you describe to me exactly what happens?

Feks - I go to school profile, before I had sn Icon that took me there. Now I must click on the school link in my profile.
When I go onto coaches to add a coach I get this.

That's weird, I simply can not replicate it. Do you get the error when you add a coach or just when you try to open the "Coaches" page? Do you see the error on the other academy management pages too? Can you do it in a browser and send me the URL that it shows when you get the error?
