How do we go about getting verified? Does Beltchecker notify you as to who needs the votes? I received my Black belt in 2014 by Master Roberto Traven.

You’re on the right track—your promotion photo and certificate help establish credibility. I’d recommend adding lineage to your profile, as it’s something many members look for when verifying ranks. Also, check out this thread from five years ago, ‘If you want your profile to be voted on,’ for additional insights on the process:

Thank you , after selling my gym Defkon 1 and getting my Black Belt, I started training at other local gyms and at my home gym. If you're ever in the Atlanta area, hit me up.

If you're ever in Douglasville, hit me up. I trained today in Acworth Alliance. I am trying to start revisiting other gyms again.
