I could be wrong but I believe getting verified by CC is the "fast way", I believe folks can upload a document ala a bill etc with name on it and do it that way. I'd have to look for the documentation, I believe there is a video as well. I'll look and post for you.

Ok I'll ask my students for statements, such as bills and what not. Which is also kind of tricky, since china and monthly statements for utilities are kind of mute. But if to verify they can use their personal ID maybe?
