Hi everyone,
Happy to be here.
Not sure how to get people to vote for me besides asking nicely.
Please help me to get verified.
Thank you in advance!

Just for clarity. I see you've been promoted to 2nd degree already but you only have your 1st degree listed here. I believe when you add your 2nd degree you have to be verified again. I think it is best if you add your 2nd degree now and add those promotion photos under your belt promotions. I for example scroll through belt promotion photos before verifying.

Yes, I know.
I will upload my 2nd degree diploma on December 7th. The system will only allow me to do it then. Thank you kindly for your advise I completely understand that that would be the best course of action, but for right now as I mentioned the system is making me wait until Dec 7th. On that date or shortly after I will upload that document.

Hello everyone! I did my Jiu Jitsu’s journey for a 12 years already, and received my black belt a few weeks ago. Also I’m going to move to Spain soon. I’ll be happy to find some cool team in Valencia. I’ve been there only once and visited only one gym. May be you have some recommendations for me, or may be you look for an experienced instructor for your academy in Valencia- I’ll be happy to join!

The other topic got a bit long, so we'll continue it here! PART 1: https://beltchecker.com/f[...]bcb15b9139 PART 2: https://beltchecker.com/f[...]fa5c4ca6d8 *** While we wait for the site to mature and verified user base to slowly grow, let’s hear some introductions here? What’s your training / competition career been like? Would be nice to get to know the serious early adopters here a bit! :) This is also a good opportunity to connect with people here on the site, who might take a look at your profile and chose to verify it or not. Please note, that we kindly don't allow "please verify me" topics in the forum as there will be too many of them.
Hello from North Adams, MA,

I started my Jiu jitsu training in January of 2018 at a Renzo Gracie Westchester, NY. I learned the fundamentals under Julio Ceaser Cruz and got my blue belt a year later. Unfortunately, Covid hit hindering my training but luckily, I got to train with a couple high level peeps in a shed for several months before my family left NY to rural VT. We purchased and ran a General Store and ended up opening a small gym as a 3-stripe blue belt in Readsboro, VT called RGS Underground. I had no one to train with so I had to build training partners from the ground up. As I was running a small part time club, I discovered Jon Manley, a professional UFC & Bellator veteran had opened a gym 30 minutes away. I supplemented my training by attending his gym for four years while running my gym for four years. Finally in Aug of 2025 we ended up merging our part time gyms to open up our current full-time gym called Steeple City Jiu Jitsu.
