What are the guidelines for kids making profiles on beltchecker. Is there a special type of kids profile or anything important to know about before kids from the accademy make there profiles.

My vote is, not active accounts on social media, before 18.
This is a social media, as there is commenting, forums, and direct messaging, functionality.
Let such interested parties lurk, with no account, if they are curious,
and so clever, they are.
But, we do not have to speed them, on their way.

It is not like, there is pronounced market need for caveat emptor on "kid's belts".
Our running gag, here, with good reason, are child black belts,
Who make our own vanities of rank, clearly silly.
So, maybe just, let them be kids, with those physical rank recognition motivators.
They should still produce the desired social rank, and other juvenile implications,
Even without social media.
That said, unless and until a crime or predation is committed,

They're regular profiles but votes are not public and they can't use private messaging

I see. Will this be turned on automaticly when they punch in there age in the profile. So if they put in a birthday that makes them a kid there votes will go privat and the privat messaging will be disabled? Or do you have to choose kids profile when signing up?

Awesome thank you for the answers. Whay are the age where there profile goes from kids to adult and privat chat opens up? Is it at 18 years old?
