Profile Update Not Reflecting on Public Page

I’m experiencing an issue with my profile updates. When I update the “Promoted By” section, it correctly shows Jay Pages on my end and saves without any errors. However, on my public profile, my black belt still shows "(Promotion by time served)" instead.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that when I update my 1st degree “Promoted By” field, it automatically reverts back to:
“I accept automatic promotion by time served as black belt.”
When I switch it to the correct option and save, it changes back again.
It appears the system is overriding my manual selection. Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue?

That's what i thought is the problem with various profiles, i suppose, as there are "time served" promotions recently even from blue to purple and brown to blackbelt at various beltchecker profiles who wanted to be verified and got disputed by community members
