Unable to remove video from academy page

I tried adding a link to an Instagram video instead of a YouTube video on our academy page. Now the video doesn't work and I'm not able to remove it either. It says "access denied" and that I'm not an administrator for the academy, even though I am. Another admin also tried and got the same error.

I just tried to create a schedule entry for my club and it worked for me. Can you explain to me how you do get the error so I can try to replicate it?

I get access denied when I try to click on "Schedule" directly from the academy front page, however it seems to work if I go via "Manage academy" and then to schedule from there.
Edit: I tried pasting a .gif, but that didn't work. Anyway, all I did was scroll down and click "Schedule", and it gave me the "Acess denied, you are not admin" error.
