Hi, I was promoted to black belt 2nd July 2022 by Victor Estima. I’m no longer part of the affiliation and run my own club.
I’m not entirely sure how this works but believe that I need votes to verify my 1st degree.

It’s a long shot I know but are there any 3rd degree black belts around Nottingham/Birmingham area UK able to help me out by applying the 1st degree to my black belt? I don’t have an affiliation or coach anymore and it only seems right that the promotion be applied this way. Thank you! 🙏

Many people here find it acceptable to just give yourself a stripe for a "time in" promotions. I don't think even the IBJJF rules require a senior black belt to add your stripe. But its an understandable preference.
