Honestly, you’re such an OG in the scene that you’ve got total freedom here.
First off, you can always just ask Marc what he recommends for the transition, or just look straight up your lineage tree to Mauricio Gomes or the Gracie network.
Beyond that, since you’re already a 4th degree, you don't need a day-to-day coach anyway. It's just a matter of waiting for your 5-year IBJJF time clock to hit, and then it’s purely administrative to add the stripe.
You definitely don’t need to rush into joining some random new team if you don't want to! 👊

I agree. Even the strictest voters here generally accept time served for black belt stripes, just like the IBJJF does.

Hello Speedy mate, You defo dont need any introduction. Just accept it on the time served basis buddy.
I'm in a similar scenario as I dont train under Dom anymore and I'm the highest rank in the gym I'm at.
So I have done the time served acceptance here on Beltchecker as I dont know what else I could do.
Difference is that your an extremely well known and renouned Bjj player here in the UK with higher ranks that know you well.
Hope all is good matey.
