Mixed

I started training BJJ in the summer of 2020. I've never trained in any kind of martial art so I was quite intrigued when I saw my current club's page. My first few weeks were quite difficult as I wasn't very mobile and stretched but with the help of my sensei and teammates I started to overcome my limits. I also started doing yoga alongside my training as it helps me achieve better breathing and mobility. I start to love the sport more and more with each new technique and also because of the friendly environment in my club. I'm keen on moving forward with my training which helps me become a better version of myself.
