It was hard to find the right words in that moment — it hit me more than I expected. Every step, every challenge, and every mistake brought me here. I thank my training partners and friends, my family, and especially Spiros and Christina. Without you, this wouldn’t have been possible. This black belt stands for something truly special, and I will strive to live up to it, with resp

"Good to add direct link as promotion evidence: https://www.instagram.com/p/DXzYmbMiK0SH24bsBJxnTU2D7l_f-X5oE2SXdM0/ . Teo couldn't formally had promoted 2:nd degree BB Spiros to BB, as Teo got his BB in 2014 (at the same seminar where I got my own BB), but was formally promoted by Tommy Malmberg in 2018 (see http://web.archive.org/web/20191209132104/https://www.polarteam.fi/esittely.php), who is of course very legit. So with a little more job than I usually do myself, everything checks out!"
