In medical school I started, but every time I got quite good and started eyeing blue belts, I got lumped with some assignment or attachment that put training on hold. I was then training maybe once a year until 2018, when I started going back to Carlson Gracie every week, and then in lockdown I started attending the Fighting Arts Academy which was far nearer my home!
