Bio
I am the longest serving member at Pride Fighting Academy and have been training and teaching for many years. I have a passion for teaching and as an older grappler love analysing effective movement and use of energy in grappling. I ran an outreach program for underprivileged kids in Hout Bay getting into MMA and BJJ before COVID and continue to teach regularly at my second home PFA.
