Hi all, My name is Kevin, I trained no gi bjj from 2002-2005 at the Boneyard in Taunton Ma. I learned so much about jits and mma there. Got to train with amazing athletes and people there. Never done anything crazy except for the occasional grappling tournament. After that trained Gi for a year at Boston bjj. I had to stop training from 06-09 at that time it was impossible to train with the job I had, and going for my Masters degree. Got back into bjj in 2010 with team Fenix so grateful for the amazing coaches and teammates that I had there. Was with Fenix BJJ for about a decade, before joining in Jiu Jitsu in early 2020 before the pandemic. Currently, I help teach kids classes and train a couple nights a week to stay in shape. I have 3 kids, and love every minute of being a dad. I’ve competed a couple times in the Boston IBJJF, Grapplers Quest and NAGA. But right now I just want to train and help the lower belts, I’m not if I’ll compete again. Thanks for reading. I really enjoy this community.
