JNo, he's not under Royce. Royce has all his BB:s listed here, and Kevin is not on the list (https://www.roycegraciejj.com/black-belt-list-1). From what I've understood, he did a Combatives course under a Royce affiliate (not with Royce ever meeting him personally?) , where no one promoted him and no one checked his prior BB credentials. But I'm open to any evidence which points in another direction, if you can provide links etc.

JEthan has provided evidence suggesting a much closer connection to Royce than the evidence I found through Google showed. Have to sleep now, but I'll get on it tomorrow and hope I can reverse this and some other votes soon!
